MASERU- LDF FC’s 3-0 win over Manonyane FC yesterday was the visitors’ heaviest defeat this season.
Manonyane has had a stellar start to this season, managing to provide a couple of upsets in the process.
The head coach of Matlaka, as Manonyane is commonly known, said that their run of good performances and results have made them a target, and are now approached as big fries.
Prior to the LDF game, their defeat to Matlama (2-0) was their biggest loss.
“We did not do what we agreed upon,” the head coach Teboho Kokome said after losing 3-0.
“We are okay, compared to where we expected to be,” Kokome said.
He also said that he plans to strengthen his squad when the window period opens in January.
