COACH NKHASI PRAISES NEW SIGNING, MAMPHO AS A RARE TALENT

Berea Ladies FC head coach Lehloenya Nkhasi has expressed high hopes for the club’s new signing, Mampho, who recently joined from Bantu Ladies FC.

Speaking about the young talent, Coach Nkhasi described Mampho as a “brilliant player with immense potential.”

“There is potential there, which I think many people do not see,” Nkhasi said.

“Mampho is very young; she is only 19 years old. I have been in women’s football for many years, and when I see talent, I can tell there is potential. She is a rare breed. At her age, she already has the strength of an older player.”

Mampho made her debut for Berea Ladies FC in a goalless draw against Kick4Life Women during a Lesotho Women’s Super League match. She came on as a substitute in the second half, showcasing glimpses of her ability despite limited game time.

Coach Nkhasi acknowledged that Mampho might currently lack confidence but vowed to help her unlock her full potential.

“Even though she may not have confidence due to reasons people know, I will work on her mindset. Once she focuses and understands her role, believe me, you will see she will be fine,” he stated.

The coach is optimistic about Mampho’s future, emphasizing her strength and speed as key attributes that will make her an exceptional attacking player.

“Just give me two to three months and come back to ask me about her again,” Nkhasi added. “I am going to make her the best player.”

With a dedicated coach and her natural talent, Mampho seems poised for greatness as she begins her journey with Berea Ladies FC. All eyes will be on the young star to see how she develops under Coach Nkhasi’s guidance in the coming months.
