This is Roy Nyasha, the head coach of Mabita Gorillas Rugby Clubs ( men & women).
He has recently had his eyes operated and is temporarily blind. In this pictures (snapped today), he was talking to his team at half time. He solely relied on what he was being told, but still got the job done.
With a sighted guide, he got to move around.
