MASERU- A total of 543 athletes competed in the second annual Maseru National Youth Games, and about 304 of them were girls. The Games were successfully held back in October. However, just last week the top performers of these games were honoured by the main sponsor Vodacom Lesotho together with the Lesotho National Olympic Committee (LNOC). As such, LNOC’s Vice President Finance, Dr. Lebohang Khomari has pleaded with these girls and girls generally in sports not to fall off sports now that they have paved their way in it. “I don’t know why you fall off ladies,” she urged. “Stay in sport, I beg you.
