This is Roy Nyasha, the head coach of Mabita Gorillas Rugby Clubs ( men & women). He has recently had his eyes operated and is temporarily blind. In this pictures (snapped today), he was talking to his team at half time. He solely relied on what he was being told, but still got the job done. With a sighted guide, he got to move around.

MASERU- The defending champions, Mabote Beavers Ladies welcomes the Botha-Buthe based side Mabita Gorillas Ladies in the Econet Rugby League. Gorillas' maiden rugby League experience was one to remember. They reached the semifinals of the King's Birthday Sevens Tournament. If last season performances are anything to with, this clash will be a highly contested affair that could go either way. Gorillas has on multiple occasions shown some resilience. On the other hand, as the reigning champions, Beavers will be looking to start where they finished off last season. MASERU- For the longest of times, coaches and athletes have been accused of resorting to malicious tactics in the name of prioritising victories. As such, at the crowning of Beavers at the 2024 ERL, the PRO of Lesotho Sports and Recreation Commission (LSRC), Jobo Pulumo said that he hopes that the coaches did not for cutthroat means in order to win. This he said just before handing over the trophy to the back to back champions, Mabote Beavers this past weekend. “I want to thank you coaches, if you are not using “winning at all cost” tactics,” Pulumo said. “This means that competing teams trained well to be here today,” he continued. MASERU- For the second time in two seasons, Liqhomane Rugby Club has lost in a final at the hands of Mabote Beavers. But this time around the loss was palpable, a 41-12 loss in their own backyard. The head coach of Liqhomane, Semethe Mosoeu said that this year, they had many injured players. "The team did not play our usual game," Mosoeu said. "I don't know if it's fatigue of back to back matches before the final, or they came into this game already down," he said.
